Processing/Shipping
We partner with brands and suppliers from around the world, but keep all our inventory stored in the United Kingdom so your order is personally tested for authenticity, and ships locally to reach you as quickly as possible.
Processing Time 95% of our orders ship within 24 hours, but on the rare occasion it does not, it may take 2-3 business days.
Delivery Time Currently we are offering Standard Shipping (tracked)2–3 business days (no Sundays, bank holidays).
International Orders Currently we do not offer shipping outside of the United Kingdom. If you are outside the UK and you are interested in some of our products, please contact us directly and we can provide a special service.
Carriers Our preferred carrier is Royal Mail (tracking), with the occasional Evri or DPD shipment.
NOTE Ensure your local carrier has any preferred delivery instructions to your address if you are not home (for example, safe place, neighbour, or do not deliver to neighbour), to reduce the risk of missed or stolen parcels.
Lost or Stolen Parcels Once your order has been delivered to your address or the safe place you provided, you are responsible for the parcel. If you cannot find your parcel, please check with household members, neighbours and any safe places, then contact the carrier and our customer service team so we can review the issue.
